Rob Kennon Architects is an award-winning architecture practice founded in 2011. The studio is based in Melbourne and is recognised for its considered design sense and experience building within urban and rural settings.

As a practice we are interested in the idea of building as a backdrop, valuing architecture that is simple, recessive and belonging to its context. Our projects are characterised by the places they occupy and the people who occupy them, so the site and our clients are fundamental to our process.

Our studio is a small team of architects led by Rob Kennon, who share an interest in the composition, coordination and detailing of building elements. We work closely with builders and a range of collaborators to achieve highly resolved and well-crafted buildings.
